At KartzinelHealth.com we want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date, you must have a valid receipt, invoice number or order number dated within 30 days or less from the original purchase date, then you will receive a full refund less shipping, Please include the original packing slip and indicate the reason for the return. All purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that the merchandise was purchased with. We are not responsible for return postage or refund for returns sent without a tracking code.
