As a dietary supplement, take as directed below or as directed below ro as directed by your health care provider.
Take 1 rounded tsp. (4 grams) in a glass of water, juice, smoothie or favorite beverage. For Children, an alternative dosing schedule:
Children 6 months-2 yrs
Give 1/4 tsp. in a drink twice daily.
Children 2-12 yrs
Give 1/3 tsp. three times daily (or 1/2 tsp. twice daily).
